Two 4 Tuesdays

Created another 2, 4, Tuesdays birthday cards.....shhhh they are for my sissy Suzy. Happy Birthday Suzy!

I know that Stampin' Up has a banner punch, however I don't have this one. YET, so I improvised and used:
Cart: Birthday Bash banner cut at 1 3/4"
and Itty Bitty punches
Swiss dots for embossing

Easel Card
Stamps: Stampin'Up Awash with Flowers, Oval All
Inks: Old Olive, Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip
Paper: Pretty in Pink, So Saffron, Old Olive

Created this Step Card for my nurse Liz. I'm really loving this style. I do have to say though, it doesn't allow you any space to sign. But it's such a unique design maybe it doesn't need one.

Birthday Wishes for my 14 year old Nephew

This up coming weekend will be my nephew's 14th Birthday...Gosh where does the time go?! How these kids get older, but we don't, I'll never understand!
These cards were so much fun to put together and although it looks like there are a lot of details I really only used 1 cart for each card, and just a few coordinating colors. Which makes for easy layering, and assembling.
For the card, I used a technique called a Step or Stair card, which is super easy to make. But really makes for an interesting card. Continue reading below for the exact measurements.
